Jakarta - CSULfinance held another RUBIK (Ruang Berbagi Ilmu dan Kreasi) program, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, which was held in a hybrid manner, both online through Zoom Meeting and offline at the CSULfinance Jakarta Marketing Hub Multipurpose Room, Cibis, South Jakarta. Initiated by the Business Process Improvement Department, RUBIK is an important educational platform for all CSULfinance employees to enrich knowledge and share innovations.
This time, RUBIK presented competent speakers in their fields, namely the President Director of CSULfinance, Mr. Suwandi Wiratno, and Mr. Mohammad Dimaz, as the company's Litigation Manager. With the theme “Fiduciary Guarantee Dispute Resolution in the Financing Industry”, this event aims to broaden the understanding of all employees, especially the CBU and RBU teams regarding the handling of litigation that has been running in the company and the process of handling legal cases.
Through this RUBIK, it is expected to increase the insight and awareness of all employees regarding the resolution of fiduciary guarantee disputes, especially those at the forefront of the application process, to work more carefully and thoroughly. This preventive step is expected to minimize the potential for legal problems in the future, thus supporting CSULfinance's more efficient operations and avoiding unnecessary risks.
