Jakarta – The announcement of the winners of the CSUL Improvement Competition (CIC) 2025 was held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at CSULfinance CIBIS and was held offline and online. CIC is a program initiated by the BPI team to gather the best potential and ideas from employees for the advancement of CSULfinance.

From dozens of ideas, concepts, and suggestions submitted by participants, the committee successfully selected 8 finalists with the highest scores to enter the final judging session held on Friday, December 19, 2025.

This year, CIC competed for four best categories, including the Excellence Award, which was assessed comprehensively, covering background, applicability, originality, impact, and presentation. The Best Impact Award, evaluated based on project impact and long-term development of ongoing processes such as background, applicability, and impact. The Inspiring Improvement Award, evaluated based on fostering creativity and ensuring personal growth or background and originality. And the Best Presentation Award, evaluated based on structured presentation and response.

Here are the four winners from each category of CIC 2025:

1. Excellence Award: Latif Munawar – Increasing Brand Awareness and Improvement of CSULfinance Google Ratings and Reviews from 56% to 90%
2. Best Impact Award: Sandy Nugroho – Management System Project
3. Best Inspiring Improvement Award: Murdani – Annual Tax Return Distribution Automation
4. Best Presentation Award: Gandhis Belladina Oktasurya - Standardization of the Daily Disbursement Plan Form for the Disbursement Process
