Recruitment Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to organize end to end process recruitment activities
  • Source high quality candidates in-line with organization needs
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Take full responsibilities with users in fulfilling hiring needs
  • Manage new employee on boarding

 

JOB REQUIREMENT (s):

  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or relevant dicipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and well organized
  • Depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting
