We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our Account Officer Development Program (AODP). This program is designed to develop future Account Officers through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and continuous mentoring.

Qualification

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree form reputable university in any major with minimal GPA of 3.00/4.00
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Account Officer (AO), Marketing Officer, Sales Officer, Relationship Officer, Business Development Officer, or in a similar role within the Multifinance, Leasing, Banking (Lending), or Financial Services industry.
3. Have initiative, and a "I Can Do" attittude.
4. Proficiency in negotiation skills, selling skills, account management, and analytical skills
5. Self-driven, enthusiasm to pursue excellence
6. Have a great interpersonal and communication skills
7. Looking for an opportunity to grow
8. Willing to be placed National all branch (Kalimantan, Sumatera, Indonesia Timur)
